Sometimes ya just get lucky!

Today was my day to work at the Shelburne Arts Co-op, which I have been a working member of for the part 5 years. I like being a working member there because it gets me up close and personal to my customers AND it has the added benefit of getting me out of my studio 2 days a month.  Working there this time of year is always interesting because one meets people from all over the world.  They come because lets face it, the foliage here is awesome!  I was pleased to find when I arrived this morning  to find one of my aprons the centerpiece of the window display this month. The question was, since I had failed to take a photo of this apron before I had put it on display there, how am I going to photograph this?  I went outside and peered through  the front window at the display and it was obvious that because of the reflection of the window, I was not going to be able to get a decent picture this way.  Low and behold, later on in the day, one of my fellow members AND a photography to boot, came in to check his inventory and I asked him if he would be willing to take a picture of me in one of my aprons. He said he would be happy to do that so the picture of me wearing the window display apron was "professionally" taken by Mark Majeski.  What can I say, sometimes ya just get lucky!
