This 6" pillow cover has it all!  An attractive 4 patch design: 2 squares with appliqued purple hearts and the other two with a lovely coordinating print with flowers and hearts.  It also has a fabulous scent since it has a removble balsam insert filled with aromatic balsam needles.  Why removable?  In case you wwant to change the insert to a different scent or it you want to launder the pillow cover.
